How to Access the Staff Development Training:
For Direct Support Staff logging into UKG for the first time

Certified Direct Care Professional (CDCP) Training
Aurora is proud to support the Certified Direct Care Professional (CDCP) pathway, a Wisconsin program that offers free training for individuals interested in starting or growing a career in direct care.

The CDCP program provides foundational skills for supporting individuals with disabilities, chronic mental illness, or other care needs, while opening the door to long-term career opportunities in health care.
